I graduated in 1994 from Winthrop University with a BS in Home Economics Education and taught in high schools in Oconee and Pickens County for 5 years.  I then started an "at home" decorative sewing business so that I could stay home with my two little boys, Wylie and Bailey.  I loved every minute of the seven years I stayed home with them but decided to do back to work once they were both in school.  That is when Jan Walker & Team came into my life.

When my husband, Roger was blessed with a new job teaching and coaching with D.R. Hill and Byrnes High School, we were put in touch with Jan to search for a new home.  We hit it off immediately and had a fabulous experience with the entire team.  All that I know is that God put my family and Jan’s team together at just the right time and in just the right place.

I came to work in Jan's office two weeks after we moved into our new home and it has been a joy ride ever since!  My family and I have now settled in, met many new friends and found a wonderful church home in Lyman.  The Lord has blesses me beyond my wildest dreams and I pray that I can be a blessing to our clients by helping them reach their real estate dreams.
